Anitha Kumaraswamy

Anitha Kumaraswamy is a politician, TV producer, and entrepreneur from India. She works in the entertainment industry. She currently represents Ramanagara in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. Anitha formerly represented Madhugiri from 2008 to 2013. She is a member of the “Janata Dal (Secular) political party.” H. D. Kumaraswamy is her husband.

Anitha Kumaraswamy is from the Talagavara village in the Chintamani taluk of Karnataka's Chickballapur district. In 1986, she married H. D. Kumaraswamy. Nikhil Gowda is the name of the couple's son. Anitha is also the daughter-in-law of the former Indian Prime Minister named H. D. Deve Gowda.
