She hails from Bangalore in Karnataka India. Her mother's name is Vinaya Prakashand father's name is Shivanna Prakash. She started her career in Sandalwood by her debut film Maathaad Maathaadu Mallige’(2007) directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar and produced by K.Manju as a Kannad actress.

Tejaswini Prakash is a talented Indian actress and model. She was born on December 17, 1987, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She pursued her higher education in psychology and holds her bachelor’s degree in the same field. Her father’s name is Prakash, and her mother is Vinya Prakash. Tejaswini Prakash is married to the love of her life, and she has a daughter, Anvika Varma. She debuted in the entertainment industry in 2006 with the movie Aishwarya, in this movie, she played the role of Shwetha, and her talent got recognition. Eventually, Tejaswini Prakash worked on three projects in 2007, including Savi Savi Nenapu, Ee Preethi Yeke Bhoomi Melide (she played the role of Vaishali), and Mathad Mathadu Mallige played the role of Jaaji (Hoovaiah's daughter).
