Santhu Swindon, born as Santhu Gopinath is an actor who works predominantly in the Sandalwood film industry. He has been a very respectable actor in the Kannada theatre industry, having overseen many plays and acted in a few too. He made his acting debut on the big screen in 2019 with Londonalli Lamboodhra. A story about an idiomatic man who leaves his friends and family behind to move to London as he believes in astrology more than real-life facts and he got indications from astrology to move there. During the shooting of the film, Santhu decided to change his name from Santhu Gopinath to Santhu Swindon as he decided to pay tributes to Swindon because he believes that it is one of the most spectacular towns in the world.
