Vishu Kumar was formerly hired as the Department of Information and Public Relations director. His complete name is N.R. Vishu Kumar. He was transferred to the Kannada and Culture Department by the state government. He was chaired as the culture department director on 1st August 2017. He replaced M.S. Archana, who was later hired as Bengaluru Urban ZP CEO. In August 2018, he also became the director of Information and Public Relations and the director of the Department of Kannada and Culture after the government's directions. For years, N.R. Vishnu translated the English speech into Kannada for the chief minister, Siddaramaiah (22nd chief minister of Karnataka).Â
