Tanmay Singh

Tanmay Singh is a writer and director. Tanmay was born and brought up In Jaipur, the pink city. He was always fascinated by the film industry. Even though his initial fascination was towards acting, he marked the industry as a very capable writer and director. He made his debut as a writer with the most popular show on Sony TV, CID. And he soon bagged jobs as the writer in the shows Adaalat, Aahat, and Saavdhaan India.

He then started writing and directing short films. His debut short film was The Masterpiece Click to look into! >> Read More... . This short film was premiered at the Jaipur International Festival. The story showcases a budding romance between the main lead after the male lead is discovered sketching a picture of the female lead and frequent coincident meetings after that. 

His second short film in Marilyn Life. The plot of the film revolves around two ex-lovers who accidentally meet each other in a coffee shop. Six years have passed and both of them have had many big changes in their lives. Tanmay says that Marilyn Lights is a projection of his life and recalls some of his life’s struggles to keep up with people around him.

He has bagged over 15 awards for his works and is looking forward to many new projects lined up for him.
