Rouha Sadighi was born and raised in Los Angeles. She adores the city. Her parents were both cooks and they belonged to a Persian family. Sadighi has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. She has worked at various well-known Los Angeles restaurants, including Joe's on Abbot Kinney (one Michelin star) and Thomas Keller's Bouchon of Beverly Hills. She is famous for the Food Network shows “Chopped and Cutthroat Kitchen.” Rouha was a fiery competitor in the series.

She decided to take her fascination with over medium eggs and love for all things breakfast to the next level. She opened “The Rooster in the Winter” in 2016, after years of experience.

Rouha spent plenty of time with his family at the kitchen table. She believes that food brings people together. It's a topic on which we can all agree. She attended the Art Institute of California-Los Angeles. Later, she worked as the pastry chef at Joe's Restaurant in Venice. The restaurant awarded her a Michelin star. She then moved on to the RockSugar Pan. She also assisted Thomas Keller in the opening of Bouchon in Beverly Hills.

Rouha specializes in bringing people together via good meals at The Rooster. Guests will enjoy a range of sassy breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and tacos, all with flawlessly prepared eggs. Customers love the menu items as they are simple and tasty. Guests may expect their breakfast to get prepared, in the same way every time, according to their preferences. Rico Suave is a fan-favorite recipe with delicious ingredients. Egg, bacon, tater tots, avocado, a cheddar & cotija cheese blend, Molcajete salsa, and cilantro crema wrapped up in a flour tortilla.

Rouha's food truck has taken over the streets of Los Angeles. She has teamed up with well-known coffee brands such as “Blue Bottle Coffee, Philz Coffee, and Alfred Coffee” to sell her delicious morning burritos.

Chef Rouha Sadighi and her business partner founded “The Rooster.” She founded the food truck in 2016 after winning Cutthroat Kitchen. Cutthroat Kitchen was a cooking show from the United States. The series aired on the Food Network from 11th August 2013 to 19th July 2017. Alton Brown hosted the show. The series aired on the Food Network. A three-round elimination cooking competition comprises four chefs. The contestants compete in auctions to buy opportunities to sabotage each other. Each chef is allocated $25,000 at the outset of the competition. Any money left over after the auctions will be distributed to the last person standing.

The show's 15th season ended in July 2017. Chopped and Guy's Grocery Games, two other Food Network four-chef, three-round elimination-style competitions, share several fundamental elements with this series.
