Ilaiyaraaja is a renowned film composer, known around the world for his finest works. With more than 5000 songs, he is known to be one of the best composers India has yet to produce. Ilaiyaraaja is also widely acknowledged as a songwriter, conductor, singer, and instrumentalist. Ilaiyaraaja’s works stand out particularly due to his talent for fusing traditional Indian instrumentation with symphonic orchestration.
He was also the first Asian to organize a full symphony performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London and became the first Indian to compose a complete symphony. He has won three for Best Music Direction and one for Best Background score. He had also received the Padma Bhushan, awarded by the Government of India.

Kenja Chethan Kumar is a young director of Kannada movies. He is famous for his film “Prema Geema Jane Do,” which was released in 2016. He was born in the small village of Udupi, Karnataka, India. He is not only a director but also an editor, screenwriter, and video editor. He became interested in plays when he discovered that his grandfather was a playwright and director. When he was 12 years old, he wrote his first play. He completed his education at Besant Evening College, Mangalore. Born on 19th May 1938, Girish Raghunath Karnad is a multi-faceted artiste; he is not only an actor, but also a writer, director and playwright. He has mainly worked in South Indian films. He was awarded the Jnanpith Award during 1998; this award is the highest literary recognition in India. Girish Karnad has been working on plays for around 40 years.
