Hemal Ranasinghe is a renowned actor, model, dancer and TV host. He was born on August 25, 1984, in Sri Lanka. He attended St Thomas College, Matale and is trained in martial arts. He started as a model and then went on to star in commercial ads making him a local star. He made his debut on the silver screen with the film Super Six. He has, since then, appeared in critically acclaimed movies like Pravegaya and Adaraneeya Kathawak. Hemal has had a successful career as a model as well.
