Ranjithkumar, also known as Ranjith Bajpe, is an Indian film director and screenwriter. He is famous for his work in Tulu cinema. Ranjith Bajpe was born on 9 December 1985, in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka State. During his school days, he participated in dramas and skits. His brother’s passion for drama contributed to his love for movies. He is known for his work in the film Nirel (2014). Nirel was his first international Tulu film, which was honoured with five awards, including the Best Movie Award at Tulu Cinemotsava 2015.
