Deep Sisai is a serial entrepreneur and producer. He comes from a middle-class family in Sisai, Haryana. He has completed his bachelor's in IT Engineering from JCD Vidyapeeth, Sirsai. He has great entrepreneurial skills. He has around 15 startups and has managed hundreds of skill development institutions in over 19 states of India. He has helped train more than 50,000 candidates in his institution. He has his own production house known as Hukum ka Ikka. The motive behind the launch of this production company was to promote Haryanvi and Punjabi music in the industry. The songs that are produced are intended to inspire the coming generation.

He has set up various donation camps. He is also known for organizing the biggest plantation drive, where about 20,000 plants were planted within a span of one minute in March 2008. This plantation drive was an honor to Sh. Sanjay Singh Chautala, ex-MP, on the special occasion of his birthday. He has also organized several sports events, like Local Cricket and Kabbadi tournaments and Pro Sports Events in Sirsa and Hisar.

He was also a member of the FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) delegation for World Skills in Kazan and Russia in 2019. He was also a member of the Delegation of the All India Technical and Management Council for Lithuania, Poland, and France in 2019. It was research on skill development in Warsaw, Poland. He has helped in the construction of 750 houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, etc.
