Noman Ijaz is a Pakistani actor, who was born on 14th February 1965 in Lahore, Pakistan. His father was a manager at one movie theatre in Lahore and his father’s job influenced him a lot in getting into the acting career. Noman struggled a lot to find his place in the industry initially and he was widely respected for his hard work and humble behaviour. He started his career with a negative role in the drama ‘Rihaee’ which made him famous both among the audience and the industry folks.
He has an Urdu movie ‘Ramchand Pakistani’ to his credit which was released in 2008. He portrayed a Pakistani Hindu, who crossed the border towards India accidently and his wife’s role was played by Nandita Das in the movie. He was honoured by Pakistan president with the ‘Pride of performance award’ in 2011. He currently hosts a TV show on PTV.
