2. Sadia Jabbar
Sadia is a producer in the entertainment industry. She is also the founder of Sadia Jabbar Production, which was established in 2014. Sadia got married to Qasim Ali Mureed. She worked in several films and television shows, such “Balu Mahi,” which focuses on the character of Bilal, who decides to gatecrash a wedding to prevent his ex girlfriend from marrying another person. However, he found out that bride is Mahi instead of his ex, who is being forced into the marriage by her parents.

Maria Wasti, born on 14th August 1971, is a Pakistani Television & Film actress and host. Pakistan’s first private (non-government owned) channel launched in the 1990s, Network Television Marketing, featured contents that grasped attention and interests of the younger generation of the society, and hence, fascinated Maria to become an actress. Maria has done over 50 serials and a huge number of assorted plays. She started her career with the play ‘Sarah Aur Ammara’ for which she was approached by Bakhtiar Ahmed, the programme manager PTV Lahore Centre.

Faisal Rehman or better known by his stage name Faisal is a prominent television and film actor, writer and director from Pakistan. He was born in Lahore but his ancestors were hailed from Afghanistan. Faisal is the son of Massud-ur-Rehman, a cinematographer and his brother Fasih Ur Rehman is a classical dancer. He is also the nephew of popular Bollywood actor Rehman. He completed his matriculation at St. Anthony High School in Lahore and entered the film industry at the age of 14. His first role was from the movie Nahi Abhi Nahi in 1980, which stars famous actress Shabnam. He continued to do films and studies at the same time. He attended Forman Christian College and took up Bachelors Degree in English Literature from the University of Punjab.
He was successful in his debut film and went on to act in several films for almost ten years. In the early 90’s, he moved to Canada and dwells in the country for five years. Faisal lives in Montreal, from where he learned French language. He is also fluent in English, Dari (Persian), Punjabi, Urdu and Bengali languages. When he came back to Pakistan, he did two feature films and several telefilms and dramas. He was applauded by the audience in the drama serial Malaal, helmed by Mehreen Jabbar. He played as Danish, a shallow and possessive man who marries a girl that is half of his age. This serial received the nomination at the 10th Annual Lux Style Award under the category of Best Serial.
Faisal is also the co-founder of an association for the actors called The Actors’ Collective (ACT). This was established in the year 2009 in Lahore. From 1980 to 1985, Faisal has done films like Aladin, Yeh Zamana Aur Hay, Nadani, Tina, Doorian, Biwi Ho To Aisee, Love Story, Mehek, Miss Colombo, Aaposh, Naraaz, Dhanak, Palkon Ki Chaon Main, Miss Singapore, Chakkar, Beqarar, Qasam Munnay Ki, Girebaan, Baat Ban Jay, Jeenay Nahi Doon Gee, Agar Tum Na Hotay, Aandhi, Bazar R Husn, Pyaar Aur Pesa, Ghaddaar and Guns and Roses. He also did several television serials starting from year 1997 to 2012. The last was with Kamal Haasan in Ranjish Hi Sahi on Geo TV.
Faisal also directed World Ka Centre in 2002 and won the Best TV Film and Director, Kali Shalwaar in 2003, Javaid Shampoo in 2004, Home in 2005, Karwachoth, Nausar Baaz and a music video in 2006, and Blouse in 2007.
...7. Shehryar Zaidi
Shehryar Zaidi is a well-known, senior Pakistani actor. He predominantly acts in TV serials and shows. He is known to play the current age dramatic roles of a father on screen. Also, many of his family members too happen to be related to the showbiz and media. Sheharyar Zaidi’s family hails from Uttar Pradesh, India. But they had migrated to Pakistan after the partition in 1947. Sheharyar has completed his graduation from National College of Arts (NCA) in Lahore. After completing his degree, he indulged actively into acting and singing and this marked as the very beginning of his media career. During the 1970’s he continued to appear as a singer on PTV and also was providing vocals for famous television program “Such Gupp” along with his wife Nayyara Noor; who was a famous singer then.
