Ishika Rai was a contestant on Miss Teen Queen 2020. She was a contestant numbered thirteen at the pageant. The teen attributed her participation in the competition to her mother who wanted her to become confident, gain knowledge and derive overall benefit from the show. The pageant was organized by Anuza Media in association with Edupana. Miss Teen Queen is a beauty pageant organized for girls aged thirteen to nineteen. The competition winners are awarded cash, crown, an international platform for budding models, scholarships, an opportunity to be the brand ambassadors, and feature in an ad, music video, short movie, among others.
