Anupama Gowda is a Kannada actress and is one of the participants of the famous reality show, Bigg Boss Kannada 5. She was born in a poor family, with her father working as an associate in the film industry and her mother, as a tailor. She also has a sister named, Tejaswini.

Owing to their family situation, she could not continue her studies beyond Grade 6 and had to work with her mother. Gradually, she stepped into the film industry, when she was offered a small part in ‘Lankesh Patrike’ in the year 2003. Srujan Lokesh had always dreamed of becoming an actor since his family had a background in the cinema industry and home environment supported the seed of following the same path. As a child artist, he has worked in movies like 'Bhujangayyana Dashavathara' in the year 1990 and ' Veerappan' in 1991. Srujan first got the break as a lead role in the year 2002 in the film Neela Megha Shyama along with Radhika Kumaraswamy in the lead female role. However, the film didn't perform well in the theatres. Later, he played several supporting role in the films like 'Navagraha', 'Andhar Bahar', 'Porki', 'Chingari', 'Edegarike', 'Snehitaru.’ Srujan Lokesh has also hosted television reality shows starting from a dance reality show 'Sye'.
