Folk musician Chandan Tiwari performs in Bhojpuri, Maithili, Magahi, Awadhi, and Nagpuri (especially in the Bhojpuri language). She has performed in numerous unique musical programmes for Doordarshan, including programmes like My Musical Effort and Purabiyataan & Nimiya Chiraiyan Ke Baser. On Mahuaa TV, she had taken part in Jila Top & Sur Sangram. In the ETV folk jalwa show, she participated.
