Born in Udhampur, Jammu, and Kashmir, on September 29, 1990, Shraddha Srinath is an Indian movie on-screen character in Tamil and Kannada films.She comes from Kannada speaking Brahmin family. She also has a sister. Her mother was a teacher and dad was an officer in the Regiment named Kumaon of the Indian Army.

The supremely gorgeous and equally talented Ruhani Sharma is a Punjabi model-turned-actress who is known for her performance in a 2017 Tamil/Telugu bilingual comedy film Kadaisi Bench Karthi. The film was directed by Ravi Bhargavan and featured Bharath, Angana Roy, and Ruhani in the lead roles.

It is sometimes fascinating to read about how film stars, especially in the South, get into the industry from totally diverse fields, and with no conscious intentions to be in movies. Andrea Jeremiah’s career seems to fit into this category. Her childhood ambition was to go for higher studies and get to become a psychiatrist. But music was always in the background, as she started learning classical Western piano when she was just eight, and she quickly showed her prowess when she formed her own troupe called Young Stars which also was a precursor for her later singing and music composing career.

Venkat was born in Hyderabad, Telangana, and is known for his movies in the Tollywood Entertainment Industry. Venkat was a businessman in the United States of America before he stepped into the shoes of a producer. When making 'Krishnarjuna Yuddham,' Venkat discovered his passion for producing. 

Santhosh Narayanan was born on 15 May 1983 in Tamil Nadu. He is a musician and a movie composer by profession in Tamil movie industry. Santhosh attended school at RSK Higher Secondary School and did his college from J. J. College of Engineering and Technology. Initially, Santhosh started his career as a recording engineer, and one of his first works includes working as an assistant with A. R. Rahman. He was also a member of a folk music band ‘La Pongal.’

Garry BH is an Indian film editor born in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is one of the most promising editors to debut in Telugu cinema. He has worked as an editor for around twenty films. He was introduced to the film industry by his friend Ravikanth Perepu, who was directing Kshanam (2016). Garry got the opportunity to work on the production team of this movie. He got coaching from Abburi Ravi regarding the narrative styles of films and perspectives. He also worked in several departments like, direction, photography, and editing for this cinema.

One of the most talented face in Telugu film industry, his latest flick ’ Drushyam’ proves that age does not matter to be a successful hero in the industry. In his career spanning 27 years, the actor still has huge fanfare and he is the evergreen hero of Telugu cinema.

Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he was born to a veteran filmmaker, Ramanaidu Daggubati; hence getting an entry in filmdom was not a tough. His elder brother was Suresh Babu Daggubati, who too owned Suresh Productions. Hence he had always wanted to make his mark in the film production, but destiny had some other things in store for him. Thus, he got his first break as leading hero in Kaliyuga Pandavulu in the year 1986. With huge success, the film makers were at his door steps signing films after films, which broke many records in the Telugu film industry. Viewers liked his performance in K. Vishwanath’s flick’ Swarnakamalam’, a film which won him international appreciation too. Venkatesh also acted in musical romance film ‘Prema’ and acted in series of hits like ‘Bobbili Raja’, with Divya Bharti and even starred opposite Sridevi in Ram Gopal Varma’s blockbuster ‘Kshana Kshanam’.

Venkatesh has ruled the industry like one-man show. He also acted in Hindi film such as’ Anari’, with Karishma Kapoor. This film was a remake of Telugu film ’Chanti’ (1992). In 1995, he appeared opposite Raveena Tandon in ‘Taqdeerwala’. He also acted in ‘Shatruvu’ and ‘Surya IPS’ where viewers raved his performances. He was seen playing a dual role in ‘Suryavamsam’ and was acknowledged for his towering performance in the role of father and son.

He is one of the very few actors in Telugu cinema, who made a huge impact on the audiences minds for his sweet, adorable and entertaining movie that always boasts of his brilliant performances. As he is popular with his tag name that is “Victory Venkatesh”, he is currently working in a Tollywood movie “Venky the Rascal’, which is a remake of a Malayalam movie. This actor has acted so far in seventy movies, out of which, thirty-five movies are remake films!

Nawazuddin Siddiqui was born in Budhana in Muzaffarpur district of Western UP on May 19, 1974. He grew up with seven brothers and two sisters in his native village. He is a science graduate from Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar and after completion of his graduation, he worked as a chemist in a factory for a short while. He did not like the job and hence leaving it proceeded to Delhi to find some other job which might interest him. As he could not find a suitable job in Delhi, he even worked as a watchman for his survival. Within a short while, he watched theatres and felt interested in it. He joined a theatre group and started studying the art of acting. He graduated in acting from National School of Drama in 1996 and relocated to Mumbai to pursue his career in acting.

On arrival in Mumbai, sustenance and survival became a serious issue for him and he started doing minor and few minute roles in the television which was simply not enough either for his survival or to showcase his acting talent. At one point of time having been fed up with minor roles in TV, he decided to try his luck in Bollywood film industry where though the roles were minor and nondescript, the money paid was higher than that of TV serials.

After a very long story of struggle, he got the lead role in Pipli Live, Kahani, gangs of Wasseypur and gangs of Wasseypur-2 which turned the tables in his favour. He won a National special jury award for his performance in Pipli Live.

Darbha Appaji Ambarisha is an actor and creative digital media professional. He was born in 1965 in Samalkot, East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. His parents Mr.Ramshan Darbha and Mrs.Siriesha Darbha, were actors and pioneers of the magazine ‘Abhisarika’. Appaji Ambarisha entered digital media and advertising at an early age. He worked for distinguished advertising firms in Telugu and Kannada industries. He brought in innovative technologies in the publishing and printing domain. He conceptualized several Unicode fonts and designs compatible with contemporary software for Google, especially in Telugu and Kannada.

Joining the ranks of Malayalaee born actors who have chosen Tamil filmdom was Jamshed Cethirakath. He even changed his name as per the prevailing custom, to ‘Arya’, encouraged his brother Sathya to follow suit, and made him join Tamil cinema too. However, earlier in life when selecting a course of studies he may not have been very clear about the future course of his life, making him choose an engineering course in Computer Science in Chennai, rather than selecting any of the other options in Chennai relating to the performing arts. As he grew up, his family’s links with Chennai grew stronger, and his father currently owns one of the favourite Arabian food joints in the upmarket Anna Nagar locality of Chennai.

Arya’s route to films was however, through a brief stint in modeling, after which he made his debut appearance in the 2005 college romance “Ullam Ketkumae” starring with two other now famous newcomers Asin and Pooja. However, the second film in which Arya had acted,“Arinthum Ariyamalum”, got released earlier in the same year and fortunately for him this film ended up as a super hit, with Arya’s portrayal as the rogue son of a notorious don receiving kudos from all sections. For this portrayal he won the twin Filmfare Awards for Best Debut South, as well as the Best New Male Face. He went on to receive further appreciation and acclaim for his portrayal in the unusual role of an Aghori (person from an ascetic sect) in the 2009 film “Naan Kadavul”. The year 2010 brought him commercial success for the period film “Madrasapattinam” and the romantic comedy film “Boss Engira Bhaskaran” (2010), also establishing his versatility as an actor. That year also was his debut in Telugu films, playing the antagonist in “Varudu” living up to his image as the tough guy.

Arya's first release in the following year was an appearance in the Malayalam film “Urumi”, which was basically a fantasy of sorts, against a historical backdrop. Although his role in the film was not an extended one, he did manage to play two separate characters. In between, Arya had also formed his own production house Show People and his latest release in August 2015 saw him in his own production “Vasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga” having the same people who made the earlier hit “Boss Engira Bhaskaran” which incidentally was also the first production of Show People.

Today Arya has established himself quite successfully in the top rungs of the current crop of younger South Indian heroes and made a niche for himself through sheer hard work and dedication, even going to the extent of taking a crash course on Aghori Yoga for the film “Naan Kadavul”.
