Plot

Kalyan is a visually challenged guy who had been running a restaurant. Anu, Kalyan’s childhood friend helps him a lot and she has a special liking for him. But, Kalyan could not understand her feelings. One day Kalyan meets Pallavi and on seeing her soft nature, he falls for her. Kalyan comes to know about Pallavi's financial problems and he assures her that he will help her come out of the economic issues. Later Kalyan who stuck in an accident was admitted to the hospital and while treating him, the doctors find out that Kalyan could get back his vision after a small surgery. When Kalyan was done with the surgery, he searches for Pallavi, who had gone missing. When Kalyan has been searching for his lady, he gets to know something shocking about her. Star Performance

Aadhi had played his role excellently well as a visually challenged chef. His expressions are neat. Taapsee got a weighty role in this movie and this is one of her best performances. Ritika Singh has played her part well. Aadarsh Balakrishna who is also seen as a visually challenged guy did his part naturally. Vennela Kishore’s comedy worked out well.

Analysis

The film is the remake of Tamil hit movie Adhe Kangal. The director has designed the screenplay well and had given special detailing to each and every star, especially Aadhi, Taapsee and Adarsh Balakrishna. The cast selection is neat and kudos to the casting team. But the screenplay seems to be a bit lagging at places. The second half has interesting sequences with a lot of suspense. The production value of the film is good.

Verdict

Neevevaro is a normal revenge thriller film. Do visit the theatres without many expectations and you might like this movie. Neevevaro is watchable once.
