Ankur Bhatia is an actuary-turned-model-turned-actor. He was born on 24 May, 1982, in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. From his childhood, he had a great passion for acting and appearing on the screen. As a part of his academics, he studied Computer Engineering in Indore, India, and flew to USA to study Masters at the University of Connecticut. He was born to Syed Imran Quadri, a civil engineer and has completed his degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from Meerut. He then worked in a Delhi call center for 18 months. In 2009 he moved to Mumbai to try his luck at filmmaking. 

His film, ‘Revolver Rani’ starring Kangana Ranaut and Vir Das and directed by Sai Kabir also made a mark in the industry.
