Tamanna Simhadri

Tamanna Simhadri is an Indian politician, actress, and social activist. She was the first trans woman who entered the Bigg Boss Telugu house and created a buzz. She belonged to the Vijayawada district of Andhra Pradesh. She has represented herself in many entertainments, social work, and different areas of life where her confidence was her real friend. She won the miss transgender Mumbai title in 2010, where her personality made her win he the title, and eventually, she entered politics to work for the betterment of people.

She then contested Andhra Pradesh elections from Mangalagiri district. She lost the elections but rather achieved a bigger tag as she became the first transgender woman to contest elections from Andhra Pradesh. She even settled in Mangalagiri district after contesting elections and remained a part of a political party, working for the welfare of people. She contested elections from the Janasena party but lost.

However, she remained a part of that party and made contributions in whatever she could. She even was a part of an NGO that worked for the welfare of women and transgenders people. She tried to provide equal rights to the transgenders who had been struggling for a long. She crossed many milestones during her work and presented herself dynamically in many fields.
