Munnish Puri

Munnish Puri is a producer and chief relations officer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He has worked in the Bollywood film industry for the production of various films, TV series, commercials, and other projects. He completed his schooling in 1985 from the Bombay Scottish School. Then, he studied Bachelor of Management at the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. During his college days, he used to promote cultural events related to films, entertainment, and live music events. Later, he started pursuing Masters in Accounting from the University of Mumbai. He also studied Masters in Business Administration in Finance and International Studies at the NYU Stern School of Business.

Munnish started his career as a private equity proprietor at J.P. Morgan in 1995. He was responsible to structure, market, and place proprietary and third-party private equity transactions with high net-worth clients. Then, he worked as an entrepreneur at Miracle Entertainment Private Limited and successfully launched an internet venture in India and placed a large equity stake with a Tata Group Company. Under the banner of Miracle Cinefilms Private Limited, Munnish produced a Bollywood film called Being Cyrus in 2005. It was a dark comedy film about a Parsi family.

Munnish is also the founder of Indian Film Advisors & Indian Financial Advisors. It was founded in April 2009 in Mumbai. He also co-founded Rainshine Global Incorporation in 2021.
