Even if it wasn’t top of the charts, the film managed to reach all of the Tamil audience. Now, if sources can be believed, the movie might be remade in Telugu. Actor Ravi Teja is supposedly very interested in taking up this project. Even his movie ‘ Robin Hood Click to look into! >> Read More... ’ is yet to be finalized. Robin Hood, which was going to be produced by Damodara Prasad, came to a standstill after the producer backed out saying that the story wasn’t okay just the way it was. When the director was unwilling to change the script, he backed out and then producer Danayya came into the picture. While much is still not known about this project, Kanithan just might be remade with Rani Teja and director T.N.Santosh.
