Akhil Gets Nani’s Director!

Akhil Akkineni, who dreamed a fantabulous debut with “Akhil- The Power Of Jua,” failed to impress the audiences. However, the viewers are expecting a lot from Akhil. Hence, Akkineni Nagarjuna wanted his son to root well with an influential role in his second flick. He planned to remake the Bollywood film, “Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani” donned by Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. Initially, he approached Vamsi Paidipally and the director nodded yes. Later he said that he doesn’t want to remake films, instead would do his own script. However, this didn’t go well with the Akkinenis, and so, Vamsi opted out from the project. As per the grapevine, Akhil’s next will be directed by Hanu Raghavapudi of ”Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha” fame. However, we are not sure whether Akhil's next film will be a remake or a fresh script. Akhil recently stated that he is in talks with two projects. Official announcement in this regard is expected soon. Nagarjuna will be finalizing the script. Will Nani’s director favor Akhil? Let us wait and watch!
