Singer Shan Johnson, the daughter of the popular musician Johnson died in Chennai today. She is 29 years old. The reason for her death is not known. She is very active on the social networking sites, even yesterday. She posted yesterday, "Yet another beautiful song by "Shaan Rahman" for which i had the opportunity to pen few lines in Hindi.... It's for the upcoming Malayalam film "Vettah" starring "Kunchacko Boban" and "Manju Warrier"... Song: Raavumaayave". Sreeja Ravi, the dubbing artist, posted the sad demise of Shan Johnson through her Facebook. Her post says, “Sad to inform that music director (Late) Sri. Johnson's daughter Shan passed away in Chennai today. Please pray for her soul to rest in peace dear friends. This is a something that Mrs. Johnson nor we as friends and human being cant take it. Tragic," Shan’s father Johnson died in 2011 and her brother died in an accident in 2012. Now, Shan is no more. Condolences to her mother Rani Johnson, who lived with Shan.
