He was about to conduct a music program in Gujarat and due to his health problem, the show was canceled. Shankar Mahadevan’s son Siddharth said that his dad is fine now, and he suffered due to exhaustion.

On the day, he was admitted to the hospital, Shankar underwent angioplasty. His son also said that there were no heavy blockages, and he is relaxing in the hospital. Within a couple of days, Shankar will be discharged.
