Sarbjit To Go For Oscars?

“Sarbjit” is the biopic on Sarabjit Singh, who was arrested after being suspected as a terrorist and killed in Pakistan prison. Sarabjit’s sister Dalbir Kaur fought for the release of her brother. But, all her efforts went in vain. The film was directed by Omung Kumar. Randeep Hooda played Sarabjit and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan played his sister. Both of them gave the power packed performances. The film did well at the box office. Vashu Bhagnani, one of the producers of the film wants it to be sent to Oscar. He was quite confident with the performance of the lead stars. Vashu said that they would send the film as an Oscar entry along with other films or independently. He also said that they will also make the film as an entry to the National Awards. Let us wait and watch, whether Aishwarya Rai and Randeep Hooda have some luck or not!
