Jatinder Sairaj is a cinematographer of Indian origin. He is currently based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is also a writer and director. He has studied electrical engineering at the State Board of Technical Education and Training. Later, he studied a diploma course in Cinematography and Film production from the Ashian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT). He is the president of the Mud House Art & Welfare Society since 2018 and the Senior VP of the North Zone Film & Television Cinematographer welfare Association.
His work as a cinematographer includes Mitti (2010), Gelo (2016), the short film Error of minds (2019), Needhi Singh (2016), Yaar Belly (2018), the short film Mann Banvra (2019), Aam Aadmi (2018) and Channa Sachi Muchi (2010). He has directed short films AWAKE UP CALL (2022), Beraks (2015), and Error of minds (2019). He won a Special Jury Award in the category of Best Director for his film AWAKE UP CALL at Mokkho International Film Festival (2022). It also won Best Dramatic Short Film at the Pure International Film Festival and Indie Movies Spark Film Festival (2022).
