. Mahilalu Sarileru Meekevvaru is a game show for women, to show that they are capable of more than being homemakers. Every episode, the anchors go to different apartments, schools, or offices, and set up a hoarding with the title on it, in front of which the show takes place. The women who work there or reside there are invited to take part in the fun.
They divide themselves into two teams. The show involves three rounds, each with a different task. Each round is a competition between the two teams. The score, however, is given individually. At the end of the show, the women who have impressed the anchors the best are given gifts. Those who got the second and the third places are given gifts that are sponsored by Shree Akshara Rice. Those who won the first place are felicitated with a crown and a sash in addition to the gifts. Each position may be acquired by more than one woman.
