1. Kitu Gidwani
Kitu Gidwani is a model and an actress from India. She was born on October 22, 1967 at Mumbai, India from a Sindhi household who moved to Pakistan after the India’s Partition. They reside in a refugee camp located in Worli in Mumbai. Kitu made her schooling at the Fort Convent School, Mumbai. During her post graduation in college, she became interested in French language and she started to perform in French plays. Later, she also performed in English plays under the direction of Janak Toprani. Then she made her way to the television industry and acted in 1987 French movie, Black where she appeared as a Brazilian native.
Kitu doesn’t have any formal training in acting. But she has an amazing collection to her credit. She was into theatre, television and film. Theatre became her training ground and she got the chance to work with brilliant artists like Vikram Kapadia. Kitu was never married and she promised that she will never settle down due to the danger of quest on what she calls, the Duende; a hunt for harmony with various supernatural characteristics of the living and the nature.
Kitu was debuted as a television actress in the 1984 serial, Trishna. Some of her remarkable performances in television from 80’s to 90’s are Air Hostess, Junoon and Swabhimaan. She was recognized by many audiences after doing an intimate kissing scene with her Junoon’s co-star, Raj Zutshi. Aside from the shows Swabhimaan and Junnon, she is also doing the serials Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum and Saahil. Then she was seen in the Hindi serials, Kaashish and Kulvadhu.
She started her venture in the big screen in the 1992 film, Rukhmavati Ki Haveli. She also essayed the role of Pallavi, a promising classical singer who fights to bring her voice back when she loses her mother who is also her mentor in the Hindi film, Dance of the Wind in 1997. Her character gained her the Best Actress Award in the Three Continents Festival in Nantes, France. She played as Lajma in Karvaan (Shadows in the Dark) in 1997. Lajma is a middle-aged woman who resides in Pakistan. Then she did small roles in the romantic film, Student of the Year in 2012, Dhobi Ghat in 2011 and Fashion in 2008. She was also bagged in to play the role of a traditional Parsi woman in the play, Sock ‘Em With Honey.
Kitu also did films like Holi in 1984, Janam and Wisdom Tree in 1985, The Khajuraho and Rukmavati Ki Haveli in 1991, Tehkikaat in 1994, Shaktimaan and Earth in 1998, Abhay and Happily ever After in 2001 and many more.

Sudhir Mishra is a Bollywood director and screenwriter best known for critically acclaimed films like Yeh Woh Manzil Nahi and Hazaro Khwahishein Aisi, Dharavi, Chameli. He is also one of the very few pioneers of independent cinema, and recipient to the Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French government.

Alok Nath is an Indian television and Bollywood film actor who got his fame in the television drama series, Buniyaad in 1986. He played as Master Haveliram, a patriot and freedom fighter. Buniyaad was first broadcasted on DD National under Doordarshan network and later, because of its popularity, it was re-broadcasted in DD Metro and several Indian television channels like Sahara One.
Alok was born on July 10, 1956 and raised up in New Delhi, India. He studied in the Modern School and Hindu College. When in college, he performed along with Ruchika and the popular theater group in Delhi. This became his advantage to join the prominent National School of Drama as a part of his degree in college.
He started in year 1980 in the television series, Rishte-Naate followed by the epic film, Gandhi in 1982. Alok was the bar owner in the Bollywood film, Aaj Ki Awaaz under the direction of Ravi Chopra. He also appeared in Mashaal under the same director in 1984. Alok made an appearance in some of the major hit Bollywood films and played supporting roles like Taal, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!, Pardes, Maine Pyar Kiya and Vivah which is a box office hit and her role as an uncle was appreciated by the critics. He did negative roles in movies like Shadyantra, Bol Radha Bol and more. In 1989, he played as Karan, a poor mechanic who lives with her daughter Suman (played by Bhagyashree Patwardhan) in the musical romantic film, Maine Pyar Kiya.
He was essayed to do the role of Deepak Seth in Raman’s Kumar soap opera, Tara on Zee TV channel from 1993 to 1997. He was also in some of the episodes of Zee TV’s, Rishtey from 1999 to 2001. Alok played the role of Prakash Chandra Sharma in Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai on STAR Plus from 2007 to 2010. He was also the father of Abha in Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli. Some of his recent television serials are Kuch Toh Loh Kahenge and Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se. At present, he is Jagat Babuji in the fictional comedy series, Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai on SAB TV.
After thirty years of being in the acting industry, Alik became popular in the Hindi cinema and television. Recently, Alok became an overnight viral in social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook when all of a sudden, people make fun on his character on films under Rajshri’s production. Some even created a page entitled, Alok Nath Memes that gained so many likes.

Kanwaljit Singh is an Indian Television and film actor born on 21st October 1944 in Uttar Pradesh. He comes from a Sikh family of Saharanpur. He got married to Anuradha Patel. After completing his graduation he joined Film and Television institute of India in Pune. He made his Bollywood debut from the movie Daastan-e-Laila Majnu. After that he was seen in the movie Hum Rahe Na Hum, both of his movies did not do good business. After this failure he turned to Television industry and started to make his career in Television industry.
He got offer from Ramesh Sippy’s drama Buniyad in which he played the role of illegitimate child as Satbir. His role in Buniyad was appreciated by the audience and gave him limelight. After Buniyad he was approached to popular TV dramas Saans, Family no. 1, Dard and Siski. He chose roles very wisely and featured in some small but meaningful roles.
He has two sons Siddharth and Aditya and daughter Mariyam who resides in United States. He did many other TV serial also like Teepu Sultan, Paramveer Chakra, Janam Janam, Captain House, Andaz, Bhabi Maa, Aisa Des Hai Mera, Naam Gum Jayega, Bajega Band Baaja, Sabki Laadli Bebo, Farmaan, Darar, Bible Ki Kahaniya, Barrister Roy and Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyo Ki Chabi Meri Bhabi. The talented actor featured in many hindi and Punjabi movies too.
He featured in some of Harbhajan Singh’s Mann Punjabi movies. some of Punjabi movies he has done are Jee Ayan Nu, Dil Apna Punjabi, Mannat, Mera Pind, Mitti Wajaan Mardi, Ik Kudi Punjabi and Asa Nu Maan Watna Da. In some famous hindi movies he showed his talent also like Satte Pe Satta, Maachi, Dil Mange More, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Mp3- Mera Pehla Pehla Pyar, Humko Tumse Pyar Hai, Jeevan Dhara, Phir Wohi Awaaz, Hello Zindagi Farishta and Do Raahein. There is no doubt that he is such a talented actor who have won audience’s heart by his performance.
