Jai Akash is known for his roles in Tamil and Telugu cinema. He started his career as a character artist and grown as a hero. Jai Akash was born and brought up in London. He came to India to act in films. His career started in Rojavanam with Laila and Karthik in the lead. He made his debut in Telugu films through Anandam, which was a box office hit. He acted in small roles in Tamil, before committing as a hero. Inidhu Inidhu Kadhal Inidhu was the Tamil film, which had him as a hero. From the year 2003 to 2005, he acted in ten films, out of which 8 were Tamil films and the remaining are Telugu movies. Through the Tamil film Ayudha Porattam, he made his directorial debut. Kaadhalan kaadhali, Yuganiki Okka Premikidu, Mr. Rajesh, Aa Idaru and Anandam Arambam are the films in which he acted as a hero and also worked as the director. In the Telugu film Mr. Rajesh, he acted in seven roles and the film went on well. Ek Tha Main was the film which was shot in six languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and English. His latest venture is Kadhalukku Kannillai in Tamil.
