Khalid Abdalla was born on 26th October, 1980. He was a British Copt artist and media activist. Abdalla was born to Nubian parents in Glasgow, Scotland. His current location is London, UK. Abdalla was educated at King’s School. It is an independent school for boys, and is located in South West London. His classmates were Ben Barnes who has been an actor since 2006 and Comedian Tom Basden. Abdalla used to perform various dramas in his school days, and that was his inspiration move towards a career in acting. In 1998, Abdalla had performed an act at ‘Edinburgh Festival’ and won five stars in the ‘Scotsman newspaper’. Abdalla's spouse is Cressida Trew. He is a British national. Abdalla had completed his education at Queen’s College, Cambridge, where he took an English course.

In 2011 he stood among the major protesters in Tahrir Square, Cairo, Egypt against ‘Hosni Mubarak’ who was the fourth president of Egypt. He also became one of the founding members of the organization, ‘Mosireen’ in 2011 in Cairo. The resolution behind Mosireen was to collect a group of activists and filmmakers who were a supporting the media across Egypt. Three months later it became the most watched media. Later on, in 2012 it become the most watched YouTube channel across the world and is a non-profitable media. Abdalla got married to Cressida Trew in 2011. They both were in a long relationship and knew each other very well. In 2003 he played a role in ‘Tamburlaine the Great’ by Christopher Marlowe at the Rose theater. It was produced by Peter Halls.

In 2005 Abdalla played a role in an episode of ‘Spooks’. In 2006, Abdalla played a leading role in the movie ‘United 93’ which was a scope film based on the September 11 attacks. Abdalla’s other movies include ‘The Kite Runner’. For that movie he even learned the language, ‘Dari Persian’ which was generally used in Afghanistan and also kite-flying. In 2010, he produced his own film named ‘In the last days of the city’ and it has directed by Tamer EI Said. In 2010 Abdalla was awarded for his cinematographic works by the Cairo Film Festival. After that in 2011, Abdalla was appreciated for his narrative efforts in the documentary film 'The River Flows' which is known by another name ‘East to West’. In 2016 he attended one of the screenplays of ‘Assassin’s Creed’ as a Muhammad XII of Granada.
