Brian Klugman was born on 15 September, 1975 in Philadelphia. He is an actor, director and a screenwriter. He went to Germantown Academy High School and for two years he attended Carnegie Mellon University. His mother  is a school teacher and  his father  a real estate broker. He has three siblings and   is the nephew of the famous actor Jack Klugman.
He featured in Cloverfield, National Lampoon's Adam & Eve, Dreamland, Joan of Arcadia and The Bogus Witch Project, . In 2009, he appeared in the movie Vacany 2: The First Cut. Klugman portrayed the role of Kirby Gardner in many episodes of sitcom Fraiser. He also wrote the screenplay of the movie Tron: Legacy along with Lee Sternthal, Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis. Recently, he appeared in Bones as Dr. Oliver Wells.
