Rowdy Gari Pellam is a romantic drama serial telecasted on Zee Telugu, which focuses on the life of Siva and Eeshwari. Siva is a common rowdy thug who has committed many minor and major crimes in his life. When he is paid to rape a woman named Eeshwari, he doesn’t hesitate to take the money. Eeshwari is a simple young woman who is portrayed to be kind-hearted and understanding in nature. She had earlier crossed paths with a man who had vowed to take revenge and hence paid Siva.

Siva rapes Eeshwari , however, Eeshwari turns the tables by marrying him.
