He has an experience of more than 15 years in the animation industry with a plethora of Disney (in Singapore) short films directed by him. Presently, Suhas D. Kadav is the Head of the Animation Department in Maya Digital Studios. He pursued a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts (Applied Arts) from the esteemed J J School of Arts, Mumbai. The animation was a fairly new field in India when he graduated and had a keen interest in pursuing it. He had always loved drawing and studied 2D animation in college as one of his elective subjects. The creative freedom animators receive motivated him to become an animator and execute his ideas.
