Born on 1st August, Arslan has been interested in acting from a young age. He was born and raised in Islamabad, Pakistan. His family is from an army background. His family members include his one brother and one sister. Arslan is the middle child of the family. After graduating from a military academy and earning a bachelor's degree in business in Ireland, he attended the University of Salford International in Manchester, United Kingdom, to get his master's degree in marketing. Following the completion of his studies, he relocated his home to Pakistan. In 2011 he started a comic, CBA- Comics by Arslan, on Facebook that assisted him in creating his website.

He gained popularity through his smart latent of reviewing movies and ads on his YouTube channel. After a while, he started talking about cricket. Till 2020, his passion included making spoofs, CBA reviews, and cricomedies. In 2021 he played “Hadi” in the drama “Chupke Chupke” which marked his debut in the TV industry. His first telefilm, “Hona Tha Pyar” was released in the same year. Arslan was nominated for Kashmir “HUM Social Media Awards” in 2020. In 2021 he received the “1st Pakistan International Screen Awards for best use of Humor on social media” award.
