Shobha Chaudhary is a classical singer of Indian origin. During her childhood, Shobha was captivated by the musical talents of her parents, who would sing bhajans and play the flute. This fascination with music grew into a serious passion for her later in life. With the encouragement of her parents, she began taking music lessons at a young age and started performing for small audiences by the age of nine. She further pursued her study of Hindustani Classical Music under the guidance of a renowned musician in Wardha, Maharashtra, while also excelling in academics, drawing, painting, dramas, and sports. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Education degree from Nagpur University in Nagpur.

In music, she excelled to the point of being awarded a Gold Medal. Continuing her academic pursuits, she went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Vocal Music from Devi Ahilya University in Indore in 1990 and a Master of Philosophy degree from the same university in 1992. She also earned the Sangeet Alankar (1) certification from the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal in Mumbai. Eventually, Shobha realized that music was her life's calling and began studying under the Guru Shishya Parampara. After getting married, she moved to Indore and was mentored by Late Shri Madhavrao Joshi for a decade. Her lessons with him deepened her dedication to her talim.

She later studied Padmabhushan Late Pt. C.R. Vyas, under Pt. Vamanrao Rajurkar of the Gwalior Gharana, and Late Pt. Balasaheb Puchhawale to further develop her understanding of Khayal Gayaki and incorporate her unique ideas into her performances. Over time, Shobha has honed her unique style of performing various genres of music, including khayal gayaki, dadra, kajari, thumri, bhajan, and abhanga. Her concerts are known for their clarity and exquisite modulation of swaras, which captivate and mesmerize her audience. Shobha is also involved in various welfare activities.
