Meera had mainly worked in Marathi language shows and movies. She is known for her role in Tu Tevi Tashi aired on Zee Marathi. She also worked in a Marathi film in 2013 named Premachi Goshta.
Meera also directed a film, “Butterfly,” which focuses on the character of Megha Deshpande, who lives with her family and takes care of them. Megha decided to join badminton classes and leads to many troubles in her life. It was released on 2 June 2023 and received positive reviews from the audience.
