Tanmay Jakka has worked in theatre as an actor and director since 2008. He is a Bachelor of Technology – BTech, Electronics, and Telecommunication from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune, Maharashtra (2014-19). He is also a January 2020 batch pass out in Digital Cinematography from Vikshi Institute. He resides in Pune, Maharashtra, and works as a professional actor.
Tanmay Jakka debuted as Nishant, a lead role in the show named Lavangi Mirchi. It's a Marathi language drama series produced under the banner of Ruchi Films. The show premiered on 13 February 2023 and is still on air. He has 14 years of experience in theatre and is also a model with two years of experience. He won Mr. Maharashtra's Supermodel 2021 and Mr. Pune Elite 2021- Style Icon titles.
