Heino Ferch

Heino is a famous television, theatre, and film actor in Germany. His father was a captain of the merchant sea. He gave stage performances at a very early age, starting when he was 15 years old, while attending his grammar school at the same time. Ferch went to acting classes at Mozarteum University, which is located in Austria. He completed his graduation in the year 1987. He learned ballet, tap dancing, drama, and singing as a part of his course. He lived in the capital city of Germany named Berlin, from 1987 to 2006, and shifted to Bavaria in the year 2005, after his marriage.

After he completed his studies, he worked for the first time at Freie Volksbuehne in the city of Berlin. He worked as an ensemble player under the guidance of Hans Neuenfels for three years, staring from 1987, till the year 1990. He was also an ensemble player from the year 1990 to the year 1994, at the theatre named Schiller Theatre. In the year 1992, he appeared in "Der Blaue Engel", at the Theater des Westens, directed by Peter Zadek.

In the year 1987, his movie debut was a feature film, where he briefly appeared under the direction of Peter Schamoni. He acted as a lead role in the movie named "Wedding", for the first time in the year 1989. In the year 1996, he acted in the film named "The Ogre", in which he appeared as a Commander of Napola. In the year 1997, he appeared in the movie named "The Harmonists", as a Jewish singer. He acted in the movie named "Run Lola Run", as a gangster, in the year 1998. Ferch was awarded the Golden Camera Award, in the year 2001, for the miniseries under the direction of Roland Suso Richter named "The Tunnel". He next acted in the movie named "The Downfall", in the year 2004. He starred in "The Airlift", a TV event, as Philip Turner, an American General, which is a fictional character. In the year 2007, he was a star in the "Hunt for Troy", which is about the story of Heinrich Schliemann, an amateur archaeologist and German businessman. The film became famous for being aired in about thirty-two countries.

He regularly appears in the leading roles of thrillers of high quality in small productions. In the year 2013, he got a chance to act in the role of Frederick Kohner in the series of Italy named "My Heaven Will Wait". In the year 2008, he became very popular as a prolific actor in the country of Germany.
