Under the direction of A&B Entertainment, Babar Javed and Asif Raza Mir are in charge of producing the show. Geo Entertainment, it made its debut on November 4th, 2015. The plot of "Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai" centers around Moazzam and Shazam's troubled marriage. Despite sharing a home, they behave as strangers to one another. They keep their marriage going solely because of their two daughters, Seerat and Baseerat. However, their relationship worsens when another girl named Seemab enters the picture.

Shazam and Moazzam decide to part ways since Moazzam feels his marriage has been put at risk. Shazam is devastated by this choice because her family is her top priority. Nevertheless, she faces reality and starts working as the sole earner in her family to provide for her girls. Shahood Alvi as Moazzam, Sabreen Hisbani as Shazma, and Mira Sethi as Seemab play the series' three leading characters. Also making a cameo appearance is Anwar Iqbal. "Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai" depicts the difficulties a couple encounters in a failing marriage and demonstrates a woman's bravery and courage as she rebuilds her life for the benefit of her children.
