Bobby Simha
is highly expecting his upcoming film, “
Metro
,” which was rejected by the censor board that it is unfit to be censored. The censor officials refused to censor the film, citing that the movie is totally violent. So, the makers approached the Censor Board’s Revising Committee. The committee watched the film and finally permitted to release it with “A” certification. Anand, the director of the film, is happy over this and he said, "After 40 days of struggle, we finally got a certificate for our film. The revising committee members saw the film and they felt that even though the content had a social message, it is meant only for an adult audience and hence, it has been certified `A'." Although the movie didn’t get tax exemption, the director is contended with the certification. The director was asked if he had altered any scenes to get it certified. He says, "I have not changed even a single scene. The film will be releasing as it is. It has no sexual content; it only throws light on the major crimes happening in the city."
