played Ambedkar’s role. Kalyan is the music composer of the film. The movie deals with the bravery of the lead role Ramabai. The producer told a leading daily that they chose Karnik to play Ambedkar, as he has got similarities of Baba Saheb. "We have shot the film in Dharwad and Karwar, where Ambedkar spent some time," said Srinivas, the producer.
