Sunitha Varma is a South-Indian model and actress, known for her roles in ‘Seetayya’ (Telugu), ‘Utsaaham’ (Telugu) and ‘Karungali’ (Tamil). Sunitha was born on May 30, 1980, in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She made her debut as an actress in the Telugu film ‘Neevente Nenunta’ in 2002. Hailing from the ancestry of Alluri Sita Rama Raju, Sunitha has appeared in several films in different languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. With a career spanning for over a decade, Sunitha is known by various other names like Radha Varma, Anju Varma and Janapriya in various film industries.

Tamil Cinema: Sunitha marked her debut in Tamil cinema in 2005 with the film ‘Ori Murai Sollividu’.

She changed her name to Janapriya in the Tamil film industry. This film was not noticed at all. Further, she acted in several other Tamil films with her original name. Her Tamil films include an experimental movie named ‘Iruvar Mattum’ which displays only two characters.
