Biju Ningombam is a renowned actress in the Manipur film and television industry. Biju was born on 26^th December to Kunjbihari Singh and Ongbi Bimola Devi in Kakwa Selungba Leikai in Manipur. She started as a child actor in Ningol Kada on DDK Imphal. Biju has worked in films like Meerang Mahum, Phishakhol, Mandalay Mathel, Thamoina Thamoida, Ei Actor Natte and Numit Tha. She bagged a role in the music album Phajarabi Nanggi Maithong, produced by her cousin.

Biju won the title of Best Actor in a Leading Role for the film Phishakhol at the 7^th SSS MANIFA 2018. She received the Special Jury Mention at the 13^th Manipur State Film Awards 2020 for Ei Actor Natte, Best Actor in Leading Role at the 9^th SSS MANIFA 2020 for Ei Actor Natte, and Best Actor in Leading Role at the 14^th Manipur State Film Awards 2022 for Nungshi Keithel.
