Adinath is a film actor, director and producer. His father is one of the most acclaimed actors and directors of the Marathi film industry. While Adinath has worked with Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd. as associate executive producer so also had worked with PVR as a management trainee- in film marketing. Adinath's first screen appearance was as a child artist in the Movie – Maza Chakula directed by Mahesh Kothare in the year 1994.

In the year 2013 he acted in a film directed by his father but it wasn’t his first one as an adult , the film was titled – Zapatlela 2 released on 7th June 2013. It did good in terms of business and was a hit at the box office. Zapatlela 2 was the first true 3D film in Marathi Cinema. It was a remake of his father’s 1993 blockbuster – Zapatlela. Adinath has also starred in the film produced by Renu Desai's and his directorial debut film – Ishq wala love. His father is one of the most famous Marathi filmmakers and has produced many Hindi and Marathi films.

Adinath has worked on Chimnee Pakhara which was a massive success and a big hit in Marathi Cinema.

He has assisted his father in many films. All his stints got him the role of gold ranger in power ranger ninja steel. Adinath is married to a top rated marathi actress of Urmila Kanetkar. They met when he was working for Shubhmangal Savdhan as an asst. Director. His first film as an adult was Ved Lavi Jeeva which failed very badly at the box office and also failed to impress the viewers. That was when he did Duhbang in 2011 with his wife as his co – star and the move paid well. They got married in 2011 and have been married for 6 years now. The chemistry between the two in the movie can easily blow anyone’s mind.
