Jun Ji-hyun

Jun Ji-Hyun, also known as Gianna Jun, is a South Korean actress and model. She was born on 30 October 1981 in Seoul, South Korea. She completed her graduation from Dongguk University. Jun Ji-Hyun has been active in the Korean entertainment industry since 1997 and has been a part of agencies such as Sidus HQ and Culture Depot. She got married to Choi Joon-hyuk, a banker by profession, on 13 April 2012. The couple has two children. Her parent's names are Muk Chang-Ae and Wang Jeong-Cheo. She has a sibling named Wang Sang-Jin.

Jun-Ji-Hyun's debut film was White Valentine, which was released in the year 1999. She gained significant popularity through a commercial for Samsung My Jet Printer. In 2000, Jun Ji-Hyun's other movie named II Mare was released. My Sassy Girl was her breakthrough film, which belongs to the comedy genre. She has received many awards throughout her professional career: two Grand Bell Awards for Best Actress, Daesang for Television at the Baeksang Arts Awards, and The Best Couple Award (with Lee Min-ho) for Legend of the Blue Sea at SBS Drama Awards.
