Sonu Gowda is a film actress from India. Her other name is Shruthi Ramakrishna.

Sonu Gowda was born on the 23rd of the month of March 1990. The capital city of Bangalore of Karnataka is her birthplace. Her father’s name was Ramakrishnan. He used to work in the make-up division of the entertainment industry. He started to do this job in the movies which got made in the Kannada language. Kannada is the most spoken language of Karnataka. Sonu Gowda or Shruthi Ramakrishna’s real sister is also in the acting industry. Her name is Neha Gowda, and she works in Television serials as an actress. Lakshmi Baramma and Swathi Chinukulu were some Television soaps of which she was an intrinsic part.

She received her education from a school in Bangalore named Carmel High School, which was present in an area called Padmanabhanagar. She initialized her career in the film industry with a Kannada motion picture with the title Inthi Ninna Preethiya. In this movie, she was graced with the opportunity of working with the renowned actor Srinagar Kitty. The title of the film roughly translates into Your Beloved in the English Language. The storyline of the movie includes a household which gets plunged into struggle and hardship due to the bad habit of Alcohol consumption of some of the family members. Duniya Soori was the man behind this project. He directed, produced and also wrote the script of this film. It released to the public on the 29th of the month of February 2008.
