First, she wrote "Indira Gandhi Revolution in Restraint" in 1974. The book portrays Indira Gandhi's life from the period 1917 to 1971. The main purpose behind writing this was to depict India’s history via powerful women who governed it. This thought-provoking biography had a vast influence on the readers. Secondly, she released "Two Faces of Indira Gandhi" in 1977, in which she explicitly epitomized her perspective and sentiments as a venerable political commentator. At last, she had developed a pictorial book on Indira Gandhi, “Courage Under Fire, in 2003” too.
