Biswajit Chakraborty

Biswajit Chakraborty is a Bengali television and film actor. His first movie was Sunya Theke Shuru in the year 1993. From then on, until the present day, Biswajit Chakraborty has around a hundred films to his credit. He is mostly known for his work in Tolly Lights (2008), which is based on a novel by Suchitra Bhattacharya, named Rangeen Prithibi; Challenge (2009), which is a Bengali romantic comedy by Raj Chakraborty; Autograph (2010), which is a drama film in Bengali; Bhooter Bhabishyat (2012) which a comic entertainer and was one of the big hits that year and Window Connection (2014), which is a thriller film in Bengali with R.K Gupta as its director.

In television, he has been a part of the popular serial Gaaner Oparey, a TV musical dedicated to the eminent poet Shri Rabindranath Tagore. In this show, Biswajit Chakraborty played the role of Pradyumna Lahiri.
