Urdu Singer Hadiqa Kiani

Hadiqa Kiani was born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Hadiqa since her childhood has love for music as she performed in various school competitions and won many awards.  Hadiqa got her education in from Waqar-Un-Nisa Noon School Rawalpindi.  Hadiqa was among the fortunate singers who represented Pakistan in different singing competitions in Jordan, Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria. When she was in 8th grade, she moved to Lahore where she enrolled in Aligarh Public School.  She was even excellent in her academics as she was enrolled in Kinnaird College and she got her master degree completed in Psychology.
 
Hadiqa started her TV career with a children program on national television named as Angan Angan Taray.  During her three and half year stay with national television, she sung about 800 songs for kids along with legendary music composer Amjad Bobby.
 
Hadiqa was given a chance to sing a song for movie in 1994 featuring Zeba Bakhtiar Zeba Bakhtiar was born 5th November 1962 to Yahya >> Read More... . The music was composed by Adnan Sami Khan. She got many awards as playback singer.  Hadiqa was focused on her solo album as she launched her first music album in year 1996 named “ Raaz Click to look into! >> Read More... ”. The music album turns out as biggest hit and a lot of admiration has been received by her on her debut album.
 
The popularity and fame she got was tremendous as she was the first ever female signer from Asia to perform at BBC1 (British national lottery) about 16.6 million people viewed the program at that time.  She was the first ever singer from Asia to signed a deal with Pepsi Cola Int.
 
She is among the fortunate singers that got recognition all over the world. She has bagged many national and international awards in her career. She has launched many music albums and she in English and Pashto. Recently she has started her saloon in Islamabad. Whatever she is doing, she is getting success by the grace of Almighty.
