Pinky Harwani

Pinky Harwani is an actor and ‘Censor Board Member’. She has the accomplishment of being the youngest member of the Board. She is also hailed to be the most stunning associate. She started off her professional career as an actress and had the chance to enjoy all the glitz and glamor of the world of acting. After having tasted the charm of that industry, she made a comeback into the entertainment industry by becoming a part of the “CBFC (Censor Board of Film Certification)” in India. She is on the panel that takes care of English and Hindi films and their certification. She has always been famous for her liberal outlook and her outspoken nature, which makes her an ideal candidate for the Board to provide some form of transparency. Pinky cites her love life and her engagement as the reason why she decided to quit acting and Bollywood.

Unfortunately, her relationship failed. It resulted in the engagement being called off. She then came to terms with her passion for the industry. She flew back to India. She claims to have learned the most important lesson of her life that she should not waste away her dreams in pursuit of any relationship. Since then she has been a career-oriented woman. She no more feels the need to be validated by other people. She does not let anybody make decisions on her behalf. She is her own person and enjoys being so. She calls herself an entrepreneur now. She has a Master’s degree in Business Management from the City University Business School present in the United Kingdom. It is from this same university that she also managed to earn an Honors degree in Bachelor of Science.

Copenhagen International School was her school for initial education. Pinky currently resides in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has also had the golden chance to work in various fields like a food company, Sunshine. Sunshine focuses on importing foods into India. As an actor, Pinky has been able to give lasting performances in movies like “Janasheen”, which belongs in the year 2003. She was also present in “Alibaba Aur 40 Chor”, acting the role of ‘Marjina’ in the year 2004.
